The Opportunity: We're seeking an experienced Business Developer leader to spearhead our expansion into UK market. You'll be the driving force behind establishing Soldera as the go-to platform for GO trading in the UK, with full P&L responsibility for the region. This pivotal role will focus on establishing our foothold in the UK market through strategic planning and execution.

  • Location: UK (Nationwide)
  • Type: Remote (Dynamic role, requires a willingness to travel)
  • Time Commitment: Full Time

Your Impact (First 12 Months):

  • Design and execute our UK market entry strategy, with a target of onboarding 1+ TWh of renewable energy producers.
  • Lead the strategic market entry into UK, researching market requirements and regulatory frameworks to effectively launch operations.
  • Identify and attract pilot customers to establish initial traction and validate market strategies.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, potential partners, and customers within the market.
  • Craft and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Manage successful rollout of business initiatives in Uk.

What You Need:

  • Extensive experience in business development, ideally with specific expertise in market entry strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities and regulatory requirements in UK.
  • Proven track record of securing deals and initiating successful business relationships.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing teams and projects.
  • Native in English, with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the UK energy market landscape
  • Willingness to travel within UK.
