To support this ambition, we're seeking an experienced Business Developer to spearhead our market entry and growth efforts. This pivotal role will focus on establishing our foothold in the Sweden and Nordics market through strategic planning and execution.
We're revolutionizing the €4 billion European Guarantees of Origin (GO) market with our AI-powered sales agent. Key highlights:

The Opportunity: We're seeking an experienced Business Developer leader to spearhead our expansion into Sweden and the broader Nordic market. You'll be the driving force behind establishing Soldera as the go-to platform for GO trading in the Nordics, with full P&L responsibility for the region.
Your Impact (First 12 Months):
- Design and execute our Swedish market entry strategy, with a target of onboarding 1+ TWh of renewable energy producers.
- Lead the strategic market entry into Sweden, and then rest of the Nordics, researching market requirements and regulatory frameworks to effectively launch operations.
- Identify and attract pilot customers to establish initial traction and validate market strategies.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, potential partners, and customers within the market.
- Craft and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company’s overall objectives.
- Manage successful rollout of business initiatives in Sweden and Nordics.
What You Need:
- Extensive experience in business development, ideally with specific expertise in market entry strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities and regulatory requirements in Sweden and Nordics.
- Proven track record of securing deals and initiating successful business relationships.
- Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing teams and projects.
- Native in Swedish and fluent English, with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Deep understanding of the Nordic energy market landscape
- Willingness to travel within Nordics.
